It was surprising that this didn't exist! It's been marked by others as a stub, and you may still be working on it, but well-warrants inclusion. The hatnotes are appropriate. The more-developed page on Pediatric gastroenterology might give some ideas as to how this page could expand; for example, through a discussion of the history of the development of the specialty.

Thanks for uploading File:Chicago marathon course.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

I was reviewing Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/International Aerospace Quality Group and I can not read your username because you have the entire signature covered by a big black box. @Liz: Hi there. Thanks for the concern, and for reaching out regarding this situation. It would appear that there must be an issue somewhere on your end, as I have never had anyone note this issue, and I just checked and my signature is indeed appearing in a readable format. I will attach my source code below, so you will be able to see I do not have a black box anywhere in my signature. Thanks.
