Los Premios Harvey (en inglés Harvey Awards) es una serie de premios que entrega anualmente la industria estadounidense de cómics.
Su nombre es un homenaje al escritor y dibujante Harvey Kurtzman (1924-1993) y coordinado por la editorial Fantagraphics. El Harvey fue creado como sucesor de los Premios Kirby, que se interrumpieron después de 1987.
Los Premios Harvey son nombrados por votación pública entre profesionales del cómic.[1] Los ganadores son seleccionados a partir de los cinco nominados en cada categoría por una ronda final de votaciones.
Desde su creación, los premios han sido presentados en diversas convenciones de fanes en los Estados Unidos.
