Atromitos FC (Grieks: Π.Α.Ε. Α.Π.Σ. Ατρόμητος Αθηνών, P.A.E. A.P.S. Atromitos Athenes) is een Griekse voetbalclub uit Peristeri, een stad vlak bij Athene. In 2005 is de club gefuseerd met Chalkidona FC en nam plaats in de hoogste klasse. In 2008 degradeerde de club. Het werd in 2009 echter kampioen van de tweede klasse waardoor ze weer naar de hoogste divisie stegen. In 2011 bereikte de club de finale van de Griekse voetbalbeker waarin verloren werd van AEK Athene.

Tot 2006 stond de hoogste divisie bekend als Alpha Ethniki. Het 2e niveau staat sinds 2010 bekend als Football League en sinds 2019 als Super League 2. Het 3e niveau kende van 2019-2021 de naam Football League.
