„Valla lipuks on ruudukujuline vapilipp, sinine kangas on ääristatud kahekordse äärisega, sisemine on valge ja välimine sinine. Lipu keskel on kollane tammeoks, mis koosneb kahest lehest ja kolmest tõrust.
Kandelipu suurus on 105×105 cm.”
Lipp kinnitati riigisekretäri poolt 26. aprillil 1996. Lipu autoriks on Priit Herodes.
