Frederick Forsyth - Simple English Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Frederick McCarthy Forsyth CBE (born 25 August 1938) is a British author and former journalist. He is best known for his thriller novels The Day of the Jackal, The Odessa File, The Fourth Protocol, The Devil's Alternative, The Fist of God, Icon, The Afghan, The Cobra and The Kill List. He has sold more than 70 million books in total.[1]
Forsyth was born in Ashford, Kent. He said in 2016 that he worked as an MI6 spy for over twenty years.[2]
