Joaquín Almunia - Simple English Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Joaquín Almunia Amann (born 17 June 1948) is a Spanish politician. He was President of the European Commissioner for Competition (2009–2014).[1]
From 1997 to 2000, he was the leader of the opposition as secretary general of the Spanish Socialist Workers' Party.
