Open standard - Simple English Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Open standard is a standard that is openly accessible and usable by anyone.[1][2] It is also a prerequisite to use open license, non-discrimination and extensibility.[1] Typically, anybody can participate in the development.[3]
