AFI’nin 100 Yılı... serisinin bir parçası olan AFI'nın 100 Yılı...100 Komedi, Amerikan sinemasındaki en komik 100 filmin bir listesidir. Toplamda 500 filmden oluşan çok çeşitli komediler bu ödül için aday gösterildi; türler arasında şlapstick, aksiyon komedi, screwball komedisi, romantik komedi, hiciv, kara mizah, müzikal komedi, görgü komedisi ve hata komedisi vardı. Liste, 13 Haziran 2000'de Amerikan Film Enstitüsü tarafından ilan edildi.[1][2]
