Berkeley Square, also known as Cadwalader Place, is a neighborhood located within the city of Trenton in Mercer County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey.[2][3] It is primarily a residential neighborhood consisting of detached, single-family homes constructed in the late 19th century and early 20th century. As an extremely early example of suburbia, it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.[4][5]

Berkeley Square Historic District is a well-preserved six block area which was developed as "Cadwalader Place," a planned residential community, organized and constructed between 1890 and 1910.
