Hashemabad (Persian: هاشم اباد)[a] is a village in, and the capital of, Hashemabad Rural District of the Central District of Harand County, Isfahan province, Iran.[4]

Population

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 89 in 28 households, when it was in Emamzadeh Abdol Aziz Rural District of the former Jolgeh District of Isfahan County.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 95 people in 32 households.[6] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 93 people in 32 households.[2]

In 2021, the district was separated from the county in the establishment of Harand County. The rural district was transferred to the new Central District, and Hashemabad was transferred to Hashemabad Rural District created in the district.[4]
