Nemo Mobile

Nemo Mobile is a Linux distribution project aiming to port Linux[1] on various mobile phones[2] and devices, since 2012. It has been subjects to lot of changes[3], and is a part of the Mer Project[4], plus shares code with SailfishOS[5]. It's among the rare operating system for mobiles, independent of Androïd.

Functionning

Contrary to SailfishOS using Hybris, Nemo Mobile uses Halium[6]. It uses Glacier as it's main interface[7], and Qt framework[8]. It can work on the PinePhone. The Nemo Mobile evolution can be followed on the developer's blog[9].
