Aziz Dweik (/əˈziːz duːˈweɪk/ (listen) ə-ZEEZ doo-WAYK; Arabic: عزيز دويك ʿAzīz Dowēk) (born January 12, 1948) is the Speaker of the Palestinian Legislative Council (PLC) since 18 January 2006. He is seen as the Interim President of the Palestinian National Authority since 19 October 2016.[2][3]
