内皮唾液酸蛋白(英语:Endosialin),也叫分化簇248、肿瘤内皮标志物1(Tumor Endothelial Marker 1),是人类中由CD248基因编码的蛋白质。[5][6][7]
内皮唾液酸蛋白是C型凝集素跨膜受体家族中“第XIV组”的成员,不仅在细胞间粘附过程中发挥作用,而且在宿主防御中发挥作用。该组家族包括其他三个成员:CLEC14A、CD93和血栓调节蛋白,后者的特征更为明确。[8]
内皮唾液酸蛋白的功能仍然难以捉摸,但其表达与胚胎和子宫中的血管生成以及肿瘤的发育和生长有关。[9]
