A tag has been placed on User:Srinivasprabhu933/David rpo, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Pakistan women's cricket team in West Indies in 2015, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page St. George's. The article Prasidh Krishna has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. Speedy deletion nomination of Ravi Subramanyam

[edit]

Hello Srinivasprabhu933,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Ravi Subramanyam for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. ubiquity (talk) 16:46, 24 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for uploading File:Paytm freedom series 2015.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 17:49, 28 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Sockpuppet investigation

[edit]

Hi. An editor has opened an investigation into sockpuppetry by you. Sockpuppetry is the use of more than one Wikipedia account in a manner that contravenes community policy. The investigation is being held at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Srinu523, where the editor who opened the investigation has presented their evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to investigations, and then feel free to offer your own evidence or to submit comments that you wish to be considered by the Wikipedia administrator who decides the result of the investigation. If you have been using multiple accounts (in a manner contrary to Wikipedia policy), please go to the investigation page and verify that now. Leniency is usually shown to those who promise not to do so again, or who did so unwittingly, but the abuse of multiple accounts is taken very seriously by the Wikipedia community.

Non-free rationale for File:Karnataka premier league 2015 logo.png

[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Karnataka premier league 2015 logo.png. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Proposed deletion of New Zealand women's cricket team in South Africa in 2016–17

[edit]

The article New Zealand women's cricket team in South Africa in 2016–17 has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

This article is about a single team's one week tour of a county that will take place a year in the future. Seems to fail WP:CRYSTAL.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. -©2015 Compassionate727(Talk)(Contributions) 17:48, 3 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. Article creation

[edit]

Hi. Thanks for starting articles on cricketers, but I think more care is needed with what you are doing. None of the articles you create are added to any categories, you miss off the reference section and at least one article was just an infobox with no other details. I think you would benefit from using Articles for Creation so you could draft an article before moving it into the main article space. I'll raise this with the cricket project too, where someone may be able to guide you more. Thanks. Lugnuts Dick Laurent is dead 07:51, 4 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. All these fixtures are all covered in the Intercontinental Cup and World Cricket League Championship articles. Having their own stand-alone articles only duplicates the same information. We don't list the squads for these ongoing fixtures that span multiple years. Look at all the other previous fixtures in the tournament and they only have stand-alone articles if extra matches are being played, such as an extra ODI or T20I match. Thanks. The article 2017–18 Senior women's T20 league has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

The article doesn't seem to be a much important article and it fails WikiProject Cricket notability criteria. The article is about a non-notable professional cricket league, which is not quite relevant to the guidelines and notability.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Hello, Srinivasprabhu933,

I wanted to let you know that there's a discussion about whether 2017–18 Ahmad Shah Abdali 4-day Tournament should be deleted. Your comments are welcome at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/2017–18 Ahmad Shah Abdali 4-day Tournament .

If you're new to the process, articles for deletion is a group discussion (not a vote!) that usually lasts seven days. If you need it, there is a guide on how to contribute. Last but not least, you are highly encouraged to continue improving the article; just be sure not to remove the tag about the deletion nomination from the top.

Thanks,

You've been asked before to add references to articles you create and establish notability, but you continue to create poor-quality ones, such as this, wasting everyone's time at WP:AFD. You're an experienced editor, so this looks like disruption, and if it continues, you'll face being blocked. Lugnuts Fire Walk with Me 06:48, 18 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
